Calm in the Tiger Cave

Things have been turned upside down in our house and changes are coming soon.

At first I was in a panic and then went into "survival mode".

Meaning: Assess the situation. Think about options. Categorize. Take action. And the trick here is to do so in touch with your emotions but not letting your emotions drive the actions. This, I learned from my dad.

I'm still stressed and we're not sleeping much but with enough research and a solid network of friends, colleagues and advisors, I feel more confident and calm.

After having a nice chat with my mom, she sent me this quote:

"Even if you go in a tiger cave, if you are alert, you can live." — Korean proverb

I'm ready to face whatever is in the cave head on.
